As a Senior Associate in HCM-Learning Management, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, navigating complex situations, and growing your personal brand. You will leverage your skills to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.
