Facility Manager
Position Overview
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of corporate office facilities to ensure a protected, efficient, and productive work environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters and coordinates vendor relationships, building systems, space planning, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing,
life safety systems, and building security
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of building systems and equipment
- Coordinate emergency repairs and respond to facility-related issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment inventory
Vendor & Contract Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and vendors
- Oversee janitorial services, landscaping, security, and other outsourced facility services
- Review and approve invoices, ensuring services meet quality standards and budget parameters
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews
Space Planning & Workplace Services
- Manage space allocation and office moves, adds, and changes
- Support workplace initiatives to optimize space utilization and employee experience
