As we expand our capabilities in AI, automation, digital platforms and technology-enabled growth, we are looking for a Head of Technology & AI to build and lead our technology function.

nThis is not only a technical management position. We are looking for someone who can combine technology leadership, hands-on execution, AI thinking and commercial understanding.

nWhat You Will Own

nTechnology Strategy & Leadership
n

n- Define and execute DigitalSpan's technology and AI roadmap.
n- Build scalable technology capabilities supporting our clients and internal growth.
n- Evaluate technologies, platforms, APIs and tools and determine what we should build, buy, integrate or partner for.
n- Establish strong standards for architecture, documentation, quality, security and delivery.
n

nAI & Automation
n

n- Lead the adoption of AI across DigitalSpan.




n- Identify opportunities to use AI agents, automation and integrations to improve productivity and reduce repetitive work.
n- Develop AI-enabled solutions that create measurable value for clients.
n- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and convert relevant developments into practical applications.

nClient Technology Solutions
n

n- Understand client business challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions.
n- Support the development of websites, digital platforms, CRM integrations, analytics, automation and AI solutions.
n- Participate in significant client discussions where technology expertise is required.
n- Ensure solutions are commercially sensible, scalable and maintainable.
n

nTechnology Delivery
n

n- Take ownership of technology projects from concept through implementation.
n- Manage internal resources, freelancers, developers and external technology
