We are seeking an experienced and driven National Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across India in the rapidly evolving Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical landscape, strong leadership skills, and proven success in managing high-performance sales teams and driving growth in niche therapy areas. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the national sales strategy for the Cell & Gene Therapy product portfolio. Identify growth opportunities in academic centers, research institutes, hospitals, and pharmaceutical clients involved in CGT. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to meet and exceed performance targets. Recruit and onboard current sales talent as the business expands.
