Hiring | VP / Business Head / GM – Sales & Marketing | Oncology We are looking for a senior pharmaceutical commercial leader to lead the Oncology business of a leading pharmaceutical organization. Location: Mumbai CTC: Up to ₹1 Crore Experience: 18–25+ Years Industry: Pharmaceutical / Oncology Key Responsibilities: • Lead the overall Oncology Sales & Marketing strategy • Own business growth, revenue, profitability & P&L; • Drive national sales strategy and large-team leadership • Lead Oncology product launches & portfolio strategy • Build solid relationships with Oncologists, KOLs, hospitals & institutions • Drive market expansion, brand strategy & commercial excellence • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market share • Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain and other functions Ideal Profile: Looking for senior leaders currently or previously working as:
