About Core Sync

Core Sync is an Executive Search and Recruitment firm specializing in talent acquisition across the legal industry. We partner with leading law firms, corporate legal teams, and in-house legal departments to identify and connect with professionals across different levels and practice areas.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and confident Research & Operations Executive to support our executive search and recruitment operations. This is a hands-on role involving market research, talent mapping, candidate outreach, cold calling, database management, market intelligence, and operational coordination .

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large volumes of data as well as communicating directly with candidates, Partners, senior professionals, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Talent Mapping
- Conduct detailed research for ongoing executive search and recruitment mandates.




- Map relevant professionals across law firms, companies, industries, locations, and practice areas.
- Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn and other research platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support different search assignments.
- Gather and maintain relevant market intelligence for the recruitment team.

Candidate Outreach & Calling
- Conduct regular cold calling and candidate outreach for active mandates.
- Speak confidently and professionally with candidates, including Partners and senior-level professionals .
- Conduct initial conversations to understand candidates’ experience, current roles, practice areas, interest levels, compensation, notice periods, and career expectations.
- Follow up consistently with prospective candidates and maintain engagement throughout the process.

- Build, maintain, and continuously update large candidat
