Job Description
Stimuli works with 250+ clients across its scent marketing business. We’re looking for someone to help manage day-to-day client operations and make sure everything runs smoothly across accounts.
nThis is an entirely client-facing role. You’ll be speaking regularly with company executives and store managers, tracking scent usage, ensuring orders and refills come in on time, following up where needed, and maintaining internal trackers and records.

nYou’ll also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, meeting clients when required, and identifying opportunities to strengthen those relationships further.

nWhat you’ll be doing

- Managing ongoing communication with clients and store managersn
- Tracking scent usage across accountsn
- Ensuring refill and product orders are placed on timen
- Following up on pending actions and resolving issuesn




- Maintaining Excel / Google Sheets trackers and client recordsn
- Coordinating internally to ensure smooth servicingn
- Meeting clients when requiredn
- Maintaining and building long-term client relationshipsn
