Microbioz India is a B2B media and industry platform serving the Pharma, Biopharma, Laboratory, Analytical, Diagnostics and Healthcare industries.
With 11+ successful years in the industry, a growing digital audience, print & e-magazine presence, industry events and robust relationships with companies across the sector, we are looking to build a stronger dedicated sales team.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through LinkedIn, email, calls and industry networking
- Identify and connect with Marketing Heads, Business Heads, Product Managers and decision-makers
- Sell integrated media & advertising solutions rather than standalone advertisements
- Prepare customized media proposals and presentations




- Convert prospects into paying clients
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers
- Upsell and renew existing client campaigns
- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences and networking events
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Business Development or related fields
- Experience in Pharma, Biopharma, Laboratory, Analytical, Diagnostics or Healthcare will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting and networking skills
- Confident in speaking with senior-level decision makers
- Strong negotiation, follow-up and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, ambitious and comfortable working with targets
- Willingness to travel for industry exhibitions and client meetings
