this role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company website and the customer portal. This role bridges technical website management with project management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure site integrity for an optimized and engaging user experience.
To align with corporate headquarters and ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables, this role will be required to work during EST hours.

- Oversee daily operations of the website, collaborating with web development agencies to plan and implement site enhancements.
- Conduct UAT and provide timely feedback to web development agencies to adhere to release schedules.
