About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and influential Senior Marketing Demand Data Operations Specialist to provide advanced data operations support and functional leadership across Salesforce, 6sense, Salesloft, and related platforms. In this role, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for marketing data operations — overseeing complex requests, driving process improvements, mentoring team members, and ensuring operational excellence across the data operations function.
This is a role for someone who brings both technical depth and leadership instincts — someone who can roll up their sleeves to solve complex data challenges while also coaching and elevating the team around them. - Coordinate and prioritize work across Data Operations Specialists — serving as the subject matter expert for data operations processes, systems, and best practices across Salesforce, 6sense, Salesloft, and related platforms.
- Lead the completion of complex segmentation, reporting, import/export, and data governance activities — including all responsibilities of the Marketing Demand Data Operations Specialist role.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend data solutions — operating as a trusted advisor on data operations issues, trends, and emerging best practices.
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve processes, governance, efficiency, and data quality — serving as the escalation point for complex data operations issues and ensuring timely, effective resolution.
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members — raising the operational bar across the data operations function through structured development and knowledge sh
