We are seeking an experienced IFS FSM Consultant with robust expertise in External Integrations and Support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with oil & gas integrations (IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, Nayara) and a solid understanding of FSM support processes, including request handling and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support IFS FSM External Integrations with IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, and Nayara.

Handle integration-related incidents, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

Manage and resolve Request Creation issues within IFS FSM.

Diagnose and fix OTP-related issues impacting field operations or user workflows.

Provide L2/L3 support for FSM applications ensuring system stability and performance.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions.

Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues.
