This role serves as the operational backbone for marketing campaign initiatives, ensuring requests are planned, executed, tracked, and continuously optimized.
You will partner with stakeholders to translate campaign strategies and objectives into structured operational plans and timely launches.
The position combines campaign execution, project coordination, marketing technology, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
You will build and test complex campaigns across multiple platforms, including automated nurture and lifecycle programs.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities will be essential to keeping campaigns moving and resolving operational roadblocks.
You will also help improve internal processes, reduce bottlenecks, and create more efficient ways of managing campaign operations.




This is a remote opportunity for an experienced marketing operations qualified who enjoys collaborating across teams and taking ownership of campaign delivery.

Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaign strategies, timelines, objectives, and operational plans.
- Build, configure, test, and execute marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Develop complex automated campaign programs from inception through completion, including lead nurture, customer lifecycle nurture, audience segmentation, and workflow automation programs.
- Coordinate campaign operational requests and ensure they are prioritized and delivered according to agreed timelines.
- Track campaign requests, project updates, dependencies, and deliverables using project management tools such as Jira.
- Monitor campaign execution and identify potential issues, delays, or dependencies that could affect delivery.
