Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the day-to-day stewardship and continued evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will guide and develop a team, own critical platform controls, and remain directly involved in the design, configuration, release and support of business-critical solutions.
The role is accountable for the reliability, security, scalability and maintainability of our Salesforce estate, with particular focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,



Experience Cloud, and the APIs and integrations that connect Salesforce to Slack and other enterprise platforms. You will balance rapid delivery with solid governance, helping the organisation get more value from Salesforce without increasing operational or security risk.
What you will be accountable for
1. Team leadership and operating model
- Lead and develop the Salesforce team, setting clear priorities, standards and expectations while creating an environment of ownership, learning and constructive challenge.
- Act as the senior escalation point, providing calm, evidence-led direction during incidents, complex delivery decisions and stakeholder conflicts.
- Shape the team operating model, including capacity planning, work allocation, skills development, recruitment support and the effective use of specialist partners.
