• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations related to US GAAP

• Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous year/audit reports, data etc.

• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results like Fixed Assets, Current Assets, Notes Payable, Accounts Payables reports etc. and document the whole process.

• Prepare and verify various reports and registers provided by Client as per the specified regulations.

• Identifying loopholes, huge variances, critical issues as compared to previous year and can perform substantial and analytical procedures while testing the books and can communicate the findings.
