RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coach a team across backend, frontend, cloud, DevOps, production support, and release validation responsibilities.




- Provide hands-on technical leadership for a production web application environment built around .NET / C#, APIs, React / Redux, current Azure services, and modern CI/CD practices, while leading the team's cloud migration to AWS.
- Help define the next-generation direction for the Insights application, including modernization, architecture, AWS target-state design, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and developer productivity with AI-assisted tooling such as Cursor.
- Own delivery execution across roadmap work, technical debt, operational improvements, incident response, release readiness, and production support.
- Partner closely with Product, Data Engineering, QA, DevOps, Support, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into transparent technical plans, backlog decisions, acceptance criteria, and delivery outcomes.
