This role sits within Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM), which provides advanced monitoring solutions for acute care settings. From bedside and transport monitors to centralized systems, HPM helps clinicians identify at-risk patients and intervene quickly.
We are seeking an experienced System Verification Lead who combines solid system-level thinking with hands-on verification expertise and technical leadership. The successful candidate will understand complex system integration points, translate product and system risks into effective verification strategies, and lead a verification team through planning and execution across multiple projects and releases. This is a Technical Lead role with no direct people-management responsibility, but it requires strong ownership, influence, coaching, and cross-functional coordination.

Your role:




This role provides technical leadership for system verification across multiple projects and releases, driving verification strategy, execution, risk management, and test automation to ensure high-quality, compliant product delivery. The position coordinates verification planning, mentors team members, resolves technical challenges, oversees verification documentation and Design History File deliverables, and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, quality, security, and regulatory teams. The role also focuses on improving verification efficiency through automation, AI-driven practices, continuous improvement, and proactive communication of quality, risk, and release readiness metrics.

- Strong experience in Java automation using Selenium.
