What you’ll do
The Enterprise Technology & Operations (ETO) organization embodies the hub of lifecycle engineering at TJX, delivering,
maintaining, and optimizing our technology portfolio at cloud scale. We are a service-oriented team aimed at providing extraordinary experiences to thousands of TJX associates, business partners, and application delivery teams across the portfolio.
As a Tech Ops Engineer II within our End User Services (EUS) team you will be responsible for driving operational excellence through automation, digital enablement, and continuous service improvement initiatives across TJX. This role will be critical in accelerating AI adoption, enhancing the digital employee experience, and delivering scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, self-service capabilities, and service maturity, while applying strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful delivery of technology and service improvement initiatives
