Job Summary




Lead a team of AI/ML and software engineering professionals developing AI-enabled solutions that improve engineering productivity and business outcomes. Own execution of the AI roadmap, translating business needs into scalable solutions from ideation → MVP → deployment → adoption. Balance people leadership, technical depth, execution, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- AI Strategy & Execution: Translate AI strategy into priorities, plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes; identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities.
