Our Client manufactures 5-star inverter split air conditioners , built in India and engineered with IIT Delhi .
Building a new approach to cooling with strong focus on energy efficiency and measurable running costs.
Our service network covers approximately 24,950 PIN codes , with Mumbai and Delhi included in the 24-hour response band .
Every AC reports its energy consumption to a dashboard, helping customers track and manage running costs across their entire fleet.
About the Role
Our client is now entering the B2B market in Mumbai and Delhi NCR .
There is no existing sales pipeline or team in either city.
We are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager who will be the first commercial salesperson in the city , responsible for building the business from the ground up.
This is a high-ownership, field-driven role for a salesperson who enjoys prospecting, meeting decision-makers, conducting site surveys,



running pilots and closing institutional accounts .
What You’ll Own
Build the B2B Pipeline
- Build and manage the commercial sales pipeline in your city.
- Develop recent business across offices, hotels, retail/QSR chains, schools, coaching institutes, hospitals, gyms, co-working spaces, dark stores, bank branches and manufacturing units.
- Identify and engage Facility Heads, Admin Heads, Projects Heads, Procurement teams and central teams at multi-site organisations.
- Conduct discovery meetings, qualify opportunities and work with leadership on large strategic closures.

Conduct Site Surveys
- Visit customer sites and understand their existing cooling infrastructure.
- Assess fleet count, unit age, star rating, electricity tariff, running hours and installation conditions.
- Understand site requirements and have technical conversations with facilities/engineering teams.

Run Pilots & Convert Orders
- Prepare proposals
