Profile Overview:

We're hiring a Revenue Programs Associate/Senior, to own execution programs against whatever revenue metric matters most right now. This isn't a "set up the cadence and hand it off" role. You own outcomes end to end - which means when something's blocking progress, you get your hands dirty to actually understand what's wrong, and roll up your sleeves to solve for it yourself, whether that's a system, messy data, a tech gap, or a people/process problem. When the priority shifts,



you move to whatever's next. Your current metric is Nitro ARR.
Sample Program To Begin With: Nitro
Nitro is Rocketlane's AI layer: AI agents that execute delivery work (migrations, configs, documentation, testing) directly inside customer projects instead of just tracking it. It's ARR and Consumption will the metric you'll be running against on day one, and it's a good example of what "owning a metric end-to-end" looks like in this seat:
- Track revenue from Nitro and the underlying metrics behind it: attach rates, conversions, upsells, and expansions
- Run campaigns, sales plays, and account pushes tied to Nitro, end to end
- Work with sales and product marketing to run structured experiments on positioning and the Nitro pitch
- Partner with FDE/Implementation on post-sale adoption and usage

What You'll Do ?
- Own tracking for your assigned revenue metric: build and maintain the dashboard
