Job Purpose:
The Regional Sales and Marketing Head is responsible for leading the sales and marketing function for the assigned region, ensuring revenue generation and brand positioning across residential and commercial projects. This role involves strategic planning, sales execution, team alignment, and delivering measurable results in line with business objectives. The role will also oversee marketing initiatives, customer engagement strategies, and loyalty portfolio management, ensuring top-line and bottom-line achievements.
Responsibilities
Regional Sales and Marketing Head
Sales Planning and Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets for the region.
Create project-wise sales plans, including positioning, pricing strategies, and target achievement.
Monitor and improve conversion ratios, ensuring effective lead closures and sales team alignment.
Generate sales revenue through direct, referral, and channel partner engagement.
