SDET QA/Test Engineer (2-4 Years Experience)
About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA/Test Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in software testing, preferably within Compliance, AML, KYC, Sanctions Screening, Payment Screening, or Financial Services domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance of our products through comprehensive testing activities across the software development lifecycle. Candidates with exposure to AI-driven testing, automation, and validation of AI-enabled solutions will have an added advantage.
What you will be doing
- Analyze business, functional, and regulatory requirements to define test strategies and test scenarios.
- Design, develop,



and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing support.
- Validate compliance workflows, AML monitoring, sanctions screening, KYC processes, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Execute API testing using Postman, SOAP UI, or equivalent tools.
- Perform backend data validation using SQL queries and database testing techniques.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Compliance SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure high product quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
