About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle,



from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify top technical talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for technical positions, including IT, AI, software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and engineering roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job responsibilities, and desired candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
