About the client

Our client is an Asia-headquartered, AI-powered reservation and guest management platform built by restaurateurs, for restaurateurs. The platform is used by over a thousand restaurants across Asia-Pacific and brings together bookings from 30+ channels (messaging apps, social media, website, POS and more), a guest CRM with dining history and preferences, a multilingual AI booking assistant, table and waitlist management, deposits, loyalty and vouchers, and analytics that tell operators who their guests really are.

The role

This is a founding, end-to-end sales role. The Sales Representative will bring the platform to Bangalore's restaurant community, close the first wave of customers, and then ensure those customers succeed and stay. They will own the full cycle: prospecting, pitching, demoing, closing, onboarding, collecting feedback and growing the account.

Key responsibilities
- Hunt: build a pipeline of independent restaurants, cafes, bars and restaurant groups in Bangalore through their own network, field visits, referrals and inbound leads.



The role is a mix of inbound and outbound.
- Pitch and close: run the full sales workflow from first conversation to signed subscription. The typical buying cycle is 2 to 3 weeks, on monthly or annual plans.
- Farm: nurture and retain existing customers, drive product adoption, identify upsell opportunities and keep churn low.
- Be the voice of the customer: gather structured feedback from restaurant owners and managers and relay it to product and leadership at HQ.
- Report on the ground: share guest behaviour and usage data reports with clients so they can see the value they are receiving, and share market intelligence with HQ.
- Build the playbook: document what works in India so the team that follows can scale it.
