We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Analyst to join the Global CIO Office. The role combines Technology Strategy, PMO, Business Analysis, and Executive Governance for digital and AI-led transformation programs, partnering with senior technology leaders to drive planning, execution discipline, value realization, and executive decision-making. The individual will act as a connective layer between strategy and execution, ensuring technology strategic priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes.

Primary Interactions
- CIO, Global Technology, Enterprise Transformation leaders, Chief of Staff (CXO Offices)
- Liaise with Enabling functions to strengthen AI, Cloud, Digital and Cyber Capabilities
- Marketing: Branding, Positioning of Digital Solutions, showcase in Industry and Client Events
- FP&A;: Budget Planning and Variance, Investment Prudence and Prioritization

Program Management of Technology Initiatives
- Drive planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of enterprise-wide technology initiatives in alignment with the overall Tech roadmap
- Assist in developing the enterprise technology strategy and transformation agenda, including Enterprise AI, modernization, enterprise digital, and cyber defense programs
