Overview:
Responsible for converting engineering designs into manufacturing-ready processes by developing and maintaining MBOMs, routings,
work instructions, and manufacturing plans. Ensures accurate implementation of engineering changes, supports production execution, and drives process standardization through SAP and Solumina systems.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and modify Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) structures and manage engineering changes.
- Receive and review Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM).
- Create and maintain production routers to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Develop and update production and rework work instructions.
- Create and maintain SAP routings and master routings.
- Release approved manufacturing and assembly plans for production execution.
- Manage Routing Standard Change Request (RSCR) processes.
- Develop, update, and maintain standard work procedures, Planning in Solumina.
