What would you do? • This role involves a deeper understanding of Employee and Organization Data Management processes and leveraging expertise to solve workforce management related issues.



The role also includes training and developing team functional knowledge, administering satisfaction surveys, and providing general support and communication to client employees.

• Relevant years of HR experience.
• Workforce Administration experience including job changes, employee exits, leave of absence, and related transactions is required.
• HR domain certification is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Workday modules.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Self driven and proactive approach.
