As part of the strategic HRP 2.0 programme,
TMF Group is updating its HRP Practice to improve operational efficiency, implement global standards, and develop its technology infrastructure. To support these changes, the organisation is seeking a Global HRP Operations & Technology Analyst responsible for evaluating how local offices currently utilise the technology framework and how this usage may evolve following the HRP 2.0 transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop country-specific solutions that address local compliance and operational requirements.
- Ensure adherence to global standards and facilitate system integration.
- Integrate local and global payroll systems within a unified architecture.
