Essential Job Functions:

Treasury Payments Operations Analyst / Specialist - Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end treasury payment processing and cross-border payments, ensuring timely execution and adherence to cut-off timelines.
- Validate payment requests, supporting documentation, approvals, and authorization matrices in line with company policies and internal controls.
- Operate banking platforms and Treasury Management Systems (TMS) for payment initiation, release, tracking, and status monitoring.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, payment transactions, and cash movements, investigating and resolving exceptions promptly.
- Coordinate with banks, internal business teams, AP, payroll, tax, and treasury stakeholders to ensure seamless payment execution.
- Monitor payment queues,



identify failed or rejected transactions, and drive timely resolution to avoid business disruption.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, sanctions screening, AML controls, SOX/internal control frameworks, and audit requirements.
- Support cash positioning and liquidity management activities by providing accurate visibility of outgoing and incoming cash flows.
- Maintain payment master data, bank account records, signatory information, and payment process documentation.
- Contribute to treasury process improvement initiatives, automation projects, bank connectivity enhancements, and operational risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 6+ Years

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in treasury operations, payments, cash management, or banking operations across EMEA and APAC regions.
- Knowledge of ACH, SEPA, Wire Payments, and cross-border payment processes.
