Role Overview

Senior Data Modelers to design and implement enterprise data models for the Channels domain as part of a large-scale Databricks Lakehouse Programme.

The role covers conceptual, logical, canonical and physical data modeling across multiple business domains and source systems. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects and engineering teams to translate complex operational landscapes into consistent, governed and analytics- ready data structures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of hands-on enterprise data modeling experience.

• Industry background in Retail, Distribution, Supply Chain, HCM, Logistics or Wholesale.

• Proven experience modeling large enterprise environments spanning 20+ source systems.

• Strong functional understanding of Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse Management (WMS) and Inventory Management.





• Working knowledge of Logistics & Fulfilment, Finance & Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Human Capital Management (HCM) and Customer & Partner Management.

• Practical expertise across conceptual, logical, canonical, dimensional and master data modeling.

• Experience producing source-to-target mapping documentation.

• Exposure to business glossary and metadata management practices.

Positive to Have:

• Hands-on experience delivering models on the Databricks Lakehouse platform (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).

• Familiarity with data modeling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio or SqlDBM.

• Strong SQL and an understanding of modern data warehousing and medallion architecture patterns.

• Experience working within a formal data governance or data quality framework.
