We work with residential customers, societies, developers, institutions and large organisations to deliver landscape and green-space transformation projects.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager, Sales & Client Relations to lead the complete sales and client management function for mid-sized to large-scale projects.

This is a senior, highly client-facing role requiring excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management and commercial skills.

Role Overview

The General Manager will own the complete sales journey from:





Lead Generation → Client Meeting → Requirement Understanding → Site Visit → Solution Development → Proposal → Commercial Negotiation → Closure → Handover → Relationship Management

You will work with mid-sized to large companies, real estate developers, corporate clients, societies, institutions and high-value customers.

The ideal candidate should be confident sitting across the table from senior decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating commercials and converting opportunities into large projects.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Sales Management
- Own the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to project closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-sized and large projects.
- Identify new business opportunities across corporate, real estate, developer, society and institutional segments.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements, budgets and project timelines.
