Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Jr. Packing Associate for a leading company engaged in food and garment exports. The candidate should have hands-on experience in premium-quality packaging and export packaging standards.

Candidates who have worked in premium packaging for jewellery, Ayurvedic products, garments, food products, luxury products, or other high-end products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day packing and packaging activities for export products.
- Perform premium and export-quality packaging as per company standards.
- Ensure proper folding, packing, labelling, sealing, and finishing of products.
- Handle garments, food products, and other export items carefully during packing.
- Check packaging quality and presentation before dispatch.
- Ensure correct quantity, labelling,



and packaging specifications are followed.
- Coordinate with the production, stores, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain proper packing material and finished-goods records.
- Minimize wastage and ensure effective use of packing materials.
- Achieve daily packing targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow company safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in packing/packaging operations.
- Experience in food or garment export packaging will be preferred.
- Experience in premium packaging such as jewellery, Ayurvedic products, luxury products, gifting, or high-end garments will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of different packing materials, methods, labelling, and finishing.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality packaging standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production/packing environment.
