The Talent Business Advisor - Manager is the accessible, on-the-ground HR partner for employees and leaders within assigned India Business Units (BU). This is an integral role in managing the execution of people-related initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience for India talent.



Reporting to the U.S. Talent Business Advisor team and working with the India Talent Director and local leadership, this role supports the operational and logistical needs of key talent processes and employee matters helping ensure a consistent, efficient, and people-centered approach to talent delivery.

This role collaborates with a range of stakeholders across the Talent Solutions team and business units to execute core HR functions such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce logistics. This position offers a unique chance to broaden and deepen experience in talent operations while learning how HR strategy is implemented in a professional services environment.
