Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor and inspect the production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality improvement processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report on quality assurance activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control within the Drymix Mortar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Premix Management and Cement Chemistry.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
