Overview

The Head of Retail will drive the total retail revenue, strategic growth and operational excellence for jewelry retail network PAN India. Will lead, mentor, and inspire Area managers and store teams to exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Drive total retail revenue and profitability across all locations to meet and exceed annual corporate targets.
- Develop and execute seasonal and long-term retail strategies aligned with brand positioning and market trends.

Sales & Customer Experience
- Champion a culture of exceptional service and affordable luxury clienteling to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
- Partner with Marketing to execute targeted in-store events, and localized activations that drive foot traffic.

Store Operations
- Implement operational procedures (SOPs) across all locations to ensure seamless, productive daily management.




- Enforce strict loss prevention and high-value security protocols, given the nature of precious metals and gemstones.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing shrinkage, and coordinating smooth product allocation with the merchandising team.
- Ensure immaculate visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's luxury aesthetic.

People Management & Talent Development
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate Store Managers and Regional Managers, building a high-performing retail team.
- Impart ongoing training programs focused on jewelry product knowledge, gemology basics, luxury sales techniques, and compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 8–10+ years of retail management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a regional or national leadership role within the jewelry industry, preferable LGD or Diamond Industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business
