About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on Node.Js experience to join our backend engineering team.

Node.Js will be the primary technology focus for this role. You will build and maintain backend services, APIs, and scalable systems while working closely with product and engineering teams.

Our backend environment includes both Node.Js and Ruby on Rails. You do not need prior Rails experience to be successful in this role,



but you should be comfortable learning Rails and contributing to existing Rails services as you grow into the role.

We are looking for a strong individual contributor with good engineering fundamentals, practical system design experience, and the ability to take ownership of backend projects from development through production.

What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of backend software development experience, with strong hands-on experience using Node.Js. Exceptionally strong candidates with ~2 years of experience may also be considered.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade backend services and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, asynchronous programming, object-oriented programming, and software engineering fundamentals.
