How You’ll Spend Your Day
- As part of IBP GBS Desk L1 primary Support to the Business users for S&OP; Planning functions, Demand Planning,



Supply Planning and Commercial consolidation process of Teva Integrated Business Process.
- Perform day-to-day process for S&OP; planning operations of Demand & Supply Planning in the SAP ECC, APO, IBP & SAC Planning systems, using data flow and functional knowledge along with an understanding of business processes to guide users on the proper use of those functions and systems.
- Provide primary support for Job monitoring, Incident and Problem resolution, assist the Business Planners with the use of functions and features, and provide related training and guidance.
- As a primary support will be first line for contact to support business in S&OP; Planning operations by responding to inquiries, fulfilling help requests, coordinating with technical teams, system access and authorization and provide end user system support for SAP ECC, APO, IBP and SAC
