Position Summary (Must have graduated recently or be graduating in 2025).

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice to support Supply Chain Analytics and Business Operations activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates from non-engineering backgrounds who are interested in building a career in supply chain, procurement, operations, and business analytics. The Apprentice will assist with data analysis, reporting, invoice extraction processes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to supply chain functions within a technology company serving the Utilities & Energy sector. The ideal candidate demonstrates a customer-centric mindset, accountability, authenticity, agility, collaboration, and a passion for innovation.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support supply chain reporting, analysis, and business performance tracking activities.




- Assist in extracting data from supplier invoices and validating invoice information for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform invoice data extraction from PDF and scanned documents while maintaining structured records for reporting and audit purposes.
- Verify extracted invoice details including supplier information, invoice dates, invoice amounts, taxes, purchase order references, and payment terms.
- Support purchase order, inventory, supplier, and procurement data analysis activities.
- Maintain and update supply chain datasets, spreadsheets, and reporting templates with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
- Assist in creating dashboards, presentations, and business reports for stakeholders and customers.
