Responsibilities:
- Capable of handling Customer service requests.
- Scrutinize estimates and provide approvals for service & repairs to workshop.
- Coordinate with insurance Co. & workshop for accident management.
- Provide Customers with technical information for the upkeep of the vehicle.
- To proactively design measures / processes to enhance Customer experience.
- Ensure coordination between all departments with regards to payment of invoices to dealers.
- Responsible for maintaining healthy relationship with vendors.
- To ensure approval cost well within the budgets.
- To actively participate with team in projects related to CSD.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Graduate (Automobile)
- 2-4 years of experience for TSA in service in Automobile sector
- Core technical (automobiles & repair process)
- Negotiation skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Listening skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Customer centric approach
- Team player
- Fluent in English & spoken Hindi
- Basic Computer Knowledge
