This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Lead Engineer (Power BI + AI) based in India.
This is a remote technical leadership role focused on designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
You will work across custom applications, service mapping, discovery, CMDB, integrations, and workflow capabilities to support complex customer environments.
The role combines hands-on engineering with close collaboration with technical stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
You will help build scalable solutions, strengthen configuration and data quality, and improve visibility across enterprise services and infrastructure.
The position requires strong expertise in ServiceNow development, APIs, discovery patterns, MID servers, and service mapping.

Accountabilities

Lead the development and enhancement of custom ServiceNow applications supporting work order management, scheduling, dispatch, and other business processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow functionality.

Develop interfaces and user experiences tailored to different audiences, including custom applications and Service Portals.

Design and implement integrated logic and functional components using ServiceNow internal services and REST APIs.

Enhance ServiceNow event rules to support accurate CMDB binding and service visibility.

Collaborate with technical SMEs to gather setting information required for service mapping and event-management initiatives.
