• Plans production schedules across shifts to achieve output, yield and capacity targets; reallocates resources proactively when deviations arise.
• Maintains stable processes and product quality by reducing variations, resolving deviations, and improving reliability and efficiency.
• Manages production costs within BOM and budget; monitors energy and RM variances and leads cost reduction initiatives supported by data.
• Drives WCM pillars across the production department; owns pillar targets, coaches engineers and sustains improvement through regular structured audits.
• Coordinates with maintenance for planned and unplanned work; manages equipment uptime by scheduling maintenance windows without disrupting production.
