- Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager

Experience Requirement
- 7 to 8 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Lead in planning, coordinating, and executing projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Support day-to-day project operations, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and task completion.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate concerns to the Project Lead when necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project-related materials for management review and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in resource planning, task allocation, and follow-up activities to support efficient project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of budgets, invoices, contracts, and other administrative project documents.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and supporting best practices in project management.
