Key responsibilities:
- Ensure Compliance of provisions of Drugs Prices Control Order ( DPCO ).
- MRP calculation for New / Revised Ceiling Price and Retail Price notified by National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority ( NPPA ).
- Validation of Ceiling Price / Retail Price notified by NPPA with IMS / Pharmatrac data.
- Preparing Representation to NPPA in case of any discrepancy.




- Evaluation of Product Viability and its continuation in view of Recent / Revised Ceiling Price and Retail Price notified by NPPA.
- Monitoring implementation of Price Revision for Non-Scheduled Formulations on annual basis.
- Attending Statutory / Internal Auditors from time to time for queries pertaining to DPCO.
- Submission of all Statutory Forms under DPCO from time to time.
- Maintaining Integrated Pharmaceutical Data Management System ( IPDMS ) Compliance.
- Timely reply to all letters / queries of NPPA.
- Keep track on all court cases pertaining to DPCO.
