This is a senior business development opportunity within the fast-moving FinTech and FX trading industry.
You will help drive growth by leveraging an established network and robust relationships across the retail brokerage market.
The role is designed for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in Crypto, Commodities, or Forex trading.
You will combine market knowledge, relationship building, negotiation, and commercial execution to generate and expand business.
A strong understanding of current market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity will be essential to identifying new opportunities.
The position offers significant earning potential and the autonomy to build a substantial business network.
High-performing professionals may also have the opportunity to progress into a Team Lead position with responsibility for a broader network and team.

Accountabilities:




- Drive business development and revenue growth across the retail brokerage, Crypto, Commodities, and Forex trading markets.
- Leverage an established and transferable network of clients and industry relationships to generate new business.
- Maintain strong awareness of market developments, emerging trends, customer interests, and competitor activity.
- Identify and capitalize on relevant commercial opportunities based on market conditions and client needs.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
- Negotiate commercial opportunities and consistently move prospects through the sales process toward successful closure.
- Develop and expand existing business relationships while actively generating new opportunities.
- Use CRM, Microsoft Office, Confluence, Slack, and other relevant tools to manage relationships, communication, and business development activities.
