Talasha has been mandated to hire a Senior Manager_Inside Sales & CRM for a cloud-based, end-to-end publishing and document workflow management platform designed for academic and qualified book publishers. In this role, you will own the B2B lead generation & pre-sales process

nResponsibilities

- n
- Identify high-value B2B customer segments and generate leads by using platforms such as Linkedin sales navigator, Lusha, Apollo, etcn
- Own the team's revenue target across new lead closure & expansion with clear visibility into pipeline health and forecast accuracyn
- Drive the end-to-end pre-sales funnel — from lead generation, first contact to sales handoffn
- Drive consultative selling rigor across the process, ensuring every conversation surfaces use case, fitment & benefitsn
- Build and manage innovative touch-points and journeys (AI + human calling, email, text) and CRM systems for speed and conversionn
- Build the systems, processes, and CRM hygiene standards that leads to scalen
- Work closely with growth and sales to refine targets, journeys,
and outcomesn
- Build and refine the playbook for upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion across the service offeringsn
- Partner closely with the revenue team on lead handoff, account strategy and prioritizationn
- Track account-level engagement and take corrective measures to improve metricsn
- Use data and insights to refine targeting and messagingn

- 5-10 years experience in B2B Lead generation & owning the pre-sales funneln
- Experience in leading inside sales for a B2B Service or saas companyn
- Consultative sales experiencen
- Experience generating leads using Linkedin, Lusha, Apollo etcn
- Startup mentality & comfort in individual contributor rolesn
