JOB DESCRIPTION: Rebuild and publish responsive pages in Drupal 11 using new design templates and paragraph blocks. Migrate content manually from the legacy platform; ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand adherence. Apply SEO and accessibility standards; conduct QA to ensure performance across devices/browsers.
