Urgent Hiring || Sales & Marketing - Manager - Electronics / EV Industry || Pune Location || Location: Pune Corporate, Pimpri Profile- Sales & Marketing - Manager - Electronics / EV Industry Experience: 10–12 Years Ctc range- upto 20 lpa (Depends on interview ) Working Days- 5 days Industry: Electronics Manufacturing / Automotive / EV Components Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with strong experience in Automotive OEM & Tier 1 account handling in the Electronics / EV components industry . The role involves driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding into current markets. Customer visits for new product launch. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in OEM & Tier 1 segments Manage key accounts: Bajaj Auto, TVS, Hero MotoCorp, Honda, Mahindra, MSIL, Kawasaki etc. Develop new business opportunities in EV (Motor & Controller), Electronics, and electrical components Handle customer relationships,
negotiations, and commercial discussions Coordinate with internal teams for customer interaction on specific issues if any. Conduct regular customer visits and engagement Prepare Management presentations & Report presentations Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities Required Skills Strong experience in Automotive OEM & Tier 1 customer handling Knowledge of Incoterms, LTA, GPA, commercial agreements Hands-on expertise in: MS Excel (advanced preferred) PowerPoint & presentations MIS & reporting tools Exposure to export sales / international business is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills Education BE / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical (Mandatory)/Mechanical is also ok if relevant experience. MBA in Marketing ( Preferred )
