Good technical understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, render workflows and editing systems. Familiarity with AI-based video/content creation tools is a must. Strong creative judgement and storytelling ability. Preferred Skills Experience in real estate, construction, architecture or project-based content. Additional skills (advantage): videography, camera handling, mobile videography, shot composition, independent content shooting. Solid portfolio/showreel mandatory.
