Job Role- Sr Interior Designer Location- Marine Drive, Mumbai Experience- 10-15 Years Budget- 20-25 LPA Job Description- What would you be required to do? • Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the design strategy for the organization. • Collaborate with external as well internal stakeholders from time to time and ensure company philosophy is aligned in the processes followed • Be responsible for the projects seen as potential and ongoing in terms of quality, timelines and aesthetics of design as per company design philosophy • Take the time to understand the client’s style, lifestyle and requirements and merge these with their design philosophy in a creatively unique way for each project. • Handle projects independently from concept development through design, execution and handover, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout. • Create and present design solutions and ideas as per their Process. • Ensure the client has a pleasant and engaging home renovation experience, as this is a key USP. • Responsible for every aspect of the project, be it material, quality checks, procurement, vendor coordination and design execution. • Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.• Use AutoCAD software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects when needed. • Review drawings, details, materials and site execution to ensure quality, detailing and design intent are maintained. • Work closely with clients to shape project scope and design direction.



• Provide clients with guidance into emerging home décor and design innovations. • Stay updated with evolving design practices, materials and international design references and bring relevant ideas into projects. Who qualifies? Education: • Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline. • Education from a reputed design / architecture institution preferred. • International education, training or professional experience will be an advantage. Experience: • 10 years’ experience in Interior Design or Architecture, with strong exposure to luxury residential projects. • Experience independently handling projects from concept to execution and handover. • Experience with high-value residential projects, preferably ₹15,000/sq.ft.; strong experience in the ₹8,000/sq.ft. segment will also be considered. • Experience working with HNI/UHNI clients and leading client presentations. • Experience with reputed luxury architecture firms, interior design studios, boutique design practices or premium residential design firms preferred. Skills • Strong understanding of space planning, layouts, materials, lighting and custom furniture. • A refined aesthetic sense with the ability to create distinctive, personalized interiors rather than formulaic designs. • Solid client engagement and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and creative thinking skills. • Proficiency in relevant design software, including AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp Please share your updated resume at
