Job Title: Guest Relations Executive – Wellness (Night Shift) Location: Le Meridien, Gurgaon About the Role We are seeking a confident, outgoing, and sales-oriented Guest Relations Executive to represent our wellness & spa outlet inside Le Meridien at Gurgaon. This is a guest-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and converting interactions into revenue. The role combines hospitality, relationship-building, and direct sales in a premium hotel environment. Key Responsibilities: Guest Engagement & Sales ● Proactively approach and greet guests in the lobby with confidence and warmth ● Introduce guests to our wellness services, express therapies, and special offers ● Generate sales by converting walk-in guests through persuasive communication and relationship-building ● Upsell and cross-sell services based on guest needs, time availability, and preferences ● Maintain a robust presence in the lounge to maximize visibility and walk-in conversions Revenue Generation & Promotions ● Consistently work towards daily and monthly sales targets ● Support cross-promotions with other outlets of the hotel to drive additional footfall ● Assist in executing in-lounge promotions, offers, and campaigns ● Capture guest interest efficiently Guest Experience & Brand Representation ● Deliver a warm, premium,



and professional guest experience at all times ● Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the wellness outlet ● Address basic guest queries and be a single point of contact ● Ensure the outlet ambience, hygiene, and presentation meet high service standards Operational Support ● Coordinate with therapists/staff to ensure smooth guest flow ● Support appointment scheduling and service readiness ● Follow SOPs related to service standards, hygiene, and airport compliance Desired Profile ● Strong people skills with confidence in initiating conversations with guests ● Sales-driven mindset; experience in credit card sales, club memberships, retail sales, hospitality sales, beauty or wellness services is highly preferred ● Comfortable approaching guests and actively promoting services ● Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus ● Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor ● Responsible, disciplined, and dependable ● Very strong sense of ownership and detailed oriented ● Ensuring world-class product and service delivery Work Environment & Flexibility ● Willingness to work flexible shifts ● Ability to perform in a fast-paced hotel environment Compensation ● Fixed salary plus very attractive performance-linked incentives ● High earning potential for strong sales performers Preferred Criteria ● Prior experience in hospitality, lounges, airports, luxury retail, wellness, beauty, or service-oriented sales ● Non-smokers preferred ● Detailed Oriented Interested candidates can forward your resumes on
